Why does the preview sometimes show a link?

This is the same email sent twice but the preview is different - one shows the preview text and one shows a link. Why would this be? and how can I prevent this happening? The emails were sent from a crm software system that uses sendgrid to send emails.

This only shows this way on the Outlook app. It doesn't show the link when opened from browser.

    Dear Leyla Oge,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

Typically, the preview text in an email is usually generated from the first few lines of the email's content. However, if the email contains a link in the first few lines, Outlook may choose to display the link instead of the preview text. This is a feature of Outlook and cannot be prevented.

As for why the link is only showing in the Outlook app and not in the browser, it could be due to differences in how the two platforms handle email previews. However, to better understand your query and provide possible solution, may I please double confirm if this issue is particularly for emails from the CRM software system?

I look forward to your response. Kindly note that the above requested information is required for further analysis and troubleshooting of your situation. Your patience and cooperation are much appreciated.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,
