Hi, I have just had to change my password on my outlook account at work, and I cannot figure out how to change the password on my phone to sync my emails on the outlook app?
When I go to setting, there appears to be no option change the password. The app asks me to sign in, due to the password being incorrect, and then automatically and quickly flicks thought a couple of pages, one says "pick account" at the top (with rest of screen blank, no time or option to do anything) and then goes to the Inbox where nothing is displayed.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Samsung S8 and using the Outlook App. Also work uses a 2 pass authentication system and I am told by the work IT guys that only works with the Outlook app.
I would ask the work IT guys for assistance, but am away from the office for a couple of weeks and suddenly unable to access emails on the phone!
Hi Marco,
Tap on the Settings icon.
Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
Under Common Settings, tap Settings.
Under Account Settings, tap your username.
Tap Password to update your password to match the email server.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to ask questions and let us know how it goes.
