Hi,
This issue is usually caused by some kind of glitch or corrupted system files, eventually affecting the windows update component, or by a network-wide ad blocker like Pi-Hole.
You can try the following solutions to update your Windows 10 system:
- Forcing the update via $getcurrent folder
- Updating via Media Creation Tool
- Disabling Pi-Hole (or a different network-wide adblocker)
- Flushing the DNS cache
- Installing the update via the Microsoft Update Catalog
- Refresh every Windows Update component
- Running DISM & SFC scans
