Hi all,
I am hoping someone could help with some suggestions around this strange bug I have on an RDS platform.
So the server was running Office 2016 and something broke on it, I was not able to fix it as it would not allow the reinstall and would fail at 90%.
Because of this I changed the solution to run Office 2019 and this installed without an issue, the issue I have now is rather bizarre and I am not sure how I can correct it.
As you and see only Office 2019 is installed on the server and there is not Office 2016 installed.
So I thought I would see if I can see the OEM registry keys in the Registry and see if removing these as suggested in a few "manual removal if office 2016" articles suggest but these are also no present?
I also loaded "Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant" to see if this could fix the issue but it is also not able to see the Office 2016?
Any suggestions on what I can try to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
