High number of bounces on French Oulook emails

Question

Good morning,

Our systems have been receiving an unusual number of bounces from French Outlook addresses (which includes also hotmail.com, hotmail.fr). It seems to only affect the french domains such as hotmail.fr and outlook.fr.

I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction in order to fix this problem that is causing significant difficulties for our team.
