How to create an alert if a rating drops in customer voice satisfaction metric?

I cannot add an alert in my survey in customer voice if a rating drops. I don't see the selection for alert in my customer voice tab

If this is related to Microsoft Forms, Dynamics or Azure (not Forms desktop applications in C# or VB), probably there are more dedicated places for such problems.
