I am an engineer in charge of cloud service development and maintenance.

We recently received word from a customer who has been using our service that Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps has downgraded and blocked our service for compliance risks.
Customers have requested that Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps evaluate our services better.
We researched Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and understood that service ratings are controlled by a "cloud app catalog" maintained by a team of Microsoft analysts.

In this "Cloud App Catalog", is specific information on how cloud apps are evaluated published?

Microsoft Defender for Cloud
Microsoft Defender for Cloud
