Whenever the server reboots the VM agent gets in not ready state
There was a task scheduler for rebooting VM , even after removing it the issue still persist
The agent is the latest version

If the agent is not in ready state it usually due to some error which can be removed manually.
Steps:
Find the agent in control panel -> add remove program -> under uninstall program look for windows azure guest agent and uninstall it.
