Looking up a Value in a column and then subtracting from another looked up column with different values

Hello,
I am trying to subtract the Main Hole from the Main Hole and then divide by the interval cost. It has to be for each well name the same.
So for Crew F9-05 Main Hole 2 should be $167601.75/(5180-2257)
Is there a formula for this.
