I have a question I have sharepoint on premise 2019 but I am stuck on the message below or above how can I solve this I have already tried it on 2 servers and both have the same result I get an error in the logs every time see also the image below

According to the error EventID 10016, these 10016 events are recorded when Microsoft components try to access DCOM components without the required permissions. In this case, this behavior is expected and by design.
