I would like to integrate conversions of app purchases from google ads. Is there a way to follow when an user buy an app from an ad?

Currently, there is no official document about how to do this. I think this should be a problem that you need to talk about with Google when you buy ads from Google. Generally, it should redirect the user to the store page of your app.

This is not about Google, it apply to Bing Ads too.

Of course the ads is pointing to the store page, but how can I know when the app is purchased through that link?

On the Microsoft Partner Center there is a "conversion" chart under the Acquisition Insight, but is always empty.

Do I need to add something (ex. a tag) to the link to be tracked?

After contacting the Microsoft Advertisement support I got this link: https://help.ads.microsoft.com/#apex/ads/en/56690/2

Some partners are getting the data and sending it back to Microsoft 218182-track-mobile-app-installs-as-conversions.pdf

So the only way to track is to use a partner service.. but Google Ads is not listed, so this is not possible
