3rd party app will not display after configuring settings for Active Directory Group?

Hello. The steps I have gone through are:

  1. Changed the app to "Allow"
  2. Created the permission policy
  3. Created an "App setup policy" to include the 3rd party app to be "available" in the app store
  4. Created a "group policy assignment" linked it to the AD group and referenced the app setup policy in step 3

It has been 48 hours and it does not display. I confirmed my account is in the group and have configured the app to be pinned.

    Hi @Blackthorn

    Did you mean you would like the app to be pinned in Teams for the group members?
    If yes, have you added the app to Pinned apps in the App setup policy?

    Please first have a check if you can see the app in Teams on the web.
    If Teams on the web is working fine, please clean the Teams cache and restart Teams to see if it can help with this issue.
