We built a retail FFU for IoT Core and packaged as directed using-device-update-center

We deploy our base FFU to our device, and boot it up. The Device Update Center dashboard never sees the new device and always shows 0 devices deployed and 10 devices purchased.

Are we missing a step? How to troubleshoot? There seem to be no error logs or services to monitor to understand why the device never connects.

@Mickey-0613 , it's critical that you correctly populate the SMBIOS fields of your device and that your build environment is set up with the same corresponding values. Please confirm the firmware was implemented support for SMBIOS that complies with System Management BIOS Reference Specification, Version 2.4 or later. More information please see this document(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/iot/license-requirements#smbios-support). In addition, have you checked if the device could access the internet?
