Excel table-centric protection and validation

Question

The following 'should be'/'can be'/'will be' possible in the case of improving excel tables/database:

1. When adding, editing, or deleting records/columns containing "formula/function, formatting, sorting and filtering" which is connected to or dependent on primary/foreign key relationship,
   then informing/preventing users about the particular relationship constraint with messages, notifications etc. before restricting/performing the action.
2. Provision for implementing foreign/primary key constraints based on "unique value", "auto-incremental number" etc.
3. Using automatically incremented integer/float value, Time()/Now() and/or Date()/Today() function as primary key with automatic update for Now() and/or Today() function on/off.
4. Provision for implementing SQL queries as general functions and/or formulas.
