"Other sign in options" not available in Authenticator app for first time sign in

Hello,

I need to sign in for the first time with my work account, and cannot see the "other sign in options" button in the app to sign in with OTP code. I put my email address, clicked next but there is no option to receive the OTP code for first time access. Am I missing something? Thank you in advance

    I understand that you are looking for "Other sign-in options"

    You can validate and activate the sign-in options in your Azure AD. Are you a global administrator? If not, you should ask your global administrator what the sign-in options are.

    If you still have the issue, please share some screenshots of your process of authentication.
