I am getting following error when I am trying to send email to Gmail,

I got the same problem when I created a business email account on Microsoft Business.
The reason is that I manually deleted the custom email server's connection to my domain's DNS on Godaddy.
Please check your domain status at the https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Domains
You would need to ask google technical support this as this not really an Exchange issue.
P.S. A DMARC record will help deliverability.
