Changing the width of "New discussion" web part to occupy empty spaces in community site classic template

Hi,

below is the community site template, The page is too condensed and we are looking to use some empty spaces around the new discussion web part. Can you please guide me, how can I expand the New discussion web part so it looks spread out and not very condensed. for example expanding the width of web part to cover the empty area on page and have some more spacing between words etc

    Hi @Audi86 ,

    This current view cannot modify the width, but I suggest that you could try to use another way.

    1. Please go to Settings->Edit page

    2. In the List. Click Modify View.

    3. In the Style. Select Basic Table.

    Hi @Audi86 ,

    To change the zone width with SharePoint Designer:

    1.Click Edit.

    2.Select the checkbox for the web zone that you want to change.

    3.Under Web Part Tools, click Options.

    4.Select Web Part Properties.

    5.Scroll down to the Appearance pane.

    6.Under Width, click Yes to create a fixed width.

    7.Type the new value and select Pixels or one of the other measurements. Note: You can also change the Height in the Appearance pane. by clicking Yes, entering a value, and selecting a measurement.

    8.Click OK to save your changes.
