Hi all,
was wondering if you could help, I am thinking about moving out onprem network into the cloud but want to know what is the best way to protect the public IP of the virtual network gateway?
Hi,
If you want to protect your VPN gateway Public IP from DDOS attack, you can enable DDOS on your VNET. Other than that VPN gateway's Public IP is only open for specific ports like 443, 8081, etc for the service to work. You don't need to protect it other than enabling DDOS if you think there might be a DDOS attack.
