Cannot able to avail the Exam Discount

I Have completed Microsoft AZURE fundamental course, that is provided by Microsoft through my organization where i worked.

I got mail to register for exam with free of cost after completing the training, but while I enter my registered mail ID it throws - " Error CBE01: Could not complete benefit eligibility check" while checking the eligibility for my registered mail ID.
