azure managed instance backup

we have subscription with azure managed instance. just i need to be confirmed and relax that backup of mssql database and power apps applications are backup by default since from my side i have create acy backup job or schedule.
please advise

    You have automated backups for Azure Managed Instance. That is a benefit of having databases on PaaS, 35 days retention period for automated backups.

    Hi @Maurice Faraj Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum, and thanks for reaching out.
    SQL PaaS handles the backups, you cannot set the schedule. If you need a backup at a specific time the only option you have is in SQL MI you can perform a COPY ONLY full backup to storage.

    when i go to backup center in azure portal, it is showing me
    0 completed
    i can not see anything that shows me that backup has been done successfuly, that is why i am asking you to do it myself.
    we had subscribed in azure managed instance to avoid the mission
    to do backup as database administrator.
    please advise
