PC not meeting requirements for Windows 11 potential error

According to my PC Health check app I cannot update to Windows 11 due to my "processor not being able to support Windows 11" but I have an Intel i7-6500U CPU @ 2.5 GHz which is on the list of acceptable processors. Any ideas why this error is occurring?

Some users will check the supported processor list for Windows 10 (instead of Windows 11) and your CPU is not supported, based on:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
You may open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and file a report and request for it to be supported.

Most computers that run WIndows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

This includes desktops, laptops, and tablets.

A clean install can be performed when there are one or more unsupported parameters.

    A bypass can be performed.
