Hi,
We have Exchange 2010 and 2016 servers.
When I try to access OWA I get below error message

I have check the cert and its still valid ECP is working fine

Are you a newly installed Exchange? Or was it possible to log in to OWA before and now suddenly can not? Have you done anything? What is your version of Exchange?
You can use Event Viewer to see what and why the error was reported, check the status of your existing OAuth certificate:

Are you checking the certificate on IIS? Make sure that the correct certificates are bound both on “Default Web Site” and “Exchange Back End” on IIS.

It was working fine but now it stop working. The cert is ok I check for default and back end both are same cert and still valid
ECP is working but not the OWA.
When I try to access OWA on exchnage 2010 it ask me to use 2016 OWA but when I try to use OWA on 2016 i get above error

The default and back cannot bind the same certificate. “Exchange Back End” should be bound to a self-signed certificate, not a third-party or internal CA certificate. “Default Web Site” should be bound to the purchased commercial certificate or the certificate of the internal CA.
Exchange Back end 444 is on Microsoft Exchange Cert and Default 443 is on 3th party cert

Is your environment Exchange2010 and Exchange2016 coexist? Can you provide your virtual directory configuration and the pointer to the DNS record? Take care to protect your private information.
