How to lock Volume settings for windows 10

Question

I want my computer to have a security feature Where only I can toggle volume, kind of locking Volume changes or if possible to lock Volume at fixed percentage.
Is this possible?

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query related to Volume.

Please try this GPO if it works for you
User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Explorer. Then on the right side under Setting, double click on Prevent access to drives from My Computer.

Then, Select Enable then under Options from the drop down menu you can restrict a certain disk.
