We have migrated to SSRS 2016 (only SSRS instance is migrated, SQL server DB remains the same). After migration we are facing issues with existing as well as new reports. when we upload a new report - sample report which only has one text box (no datasource/dataset). Its a simple report, but when we open it we do not see the text box data, instead we see these weird drop downs and print and cancel button. Also the navigation pane is not clickable, we are not able to export reports.

New report:

Existing reports show data but still this pane is there at top.

    Hi @Anupriya Athalye ,
What browser and version are you using? From the current point of view, compatibility problems cannot be ruled out.
You couldtry clearing the browser cache and reopening the report manager.
You could also view exception information in the log files.
    Best Regards,
    Joy
