I want to preview incoming messages in O365. As per online suggestions there should be a checkbox to enable this in the path Outlook --> File --> Options --> Mail --> Message arrival. However I am not able to see this checkbox (screenshot below) in the mentioned path. Any help for resolving this will be highly appreciated so that I can preview incoming messages.
