AZ 204 exam was forcibly shut down.

July 10th 10pm, I had an exam scheduled.
so I entered the exam orientation 9:30pm
but when i entered the exam test environment,
the screen was forcibly shut down.
so i couldn't take the exam.
I think Some program was running.
I double checked that situation before the exam.
But I couldn't take the exam.
Can I get a one more chance?
