Did you mean when opening the meeting url in Edge?
Does it also occur on other browsers for example Chrome, Firefox?
Do you and the affected users have Teams for Windows application installed?
If yes, please also trying clearing the Teams cache and then clear the browser cache (including cookies) to see if it can help with this issue.
