unable to use azure bastion for new users

Hi

I have a VM with Bastion enabled and I am able to login with admin Credentials. But I want create a new user and this user should be able to login to through Bastion. I created user in VM using the following path "Control Panel --> User Accounts --> Manage Accounts --> Add a user account ---> username,password,hint given(below screenshot)

But when I am trying to login using Azure Bastion with above username password, it says incorrect. Please let me know on this.

Hello @Krishnamohan Nadimpalli

You have created local user(non-admin) but this user is not able to connect to VM through Bastion.
Add that user into Remote Desktop User group, and then try to login with Bastion service, it will be connected.
