Hi,

Any help on troubleshooting this problem.

    Hi @Pratik Darak ,

According to my research ,mentioned in this article:

Internet Explorer 11 and Edge IE compatibility mode are not supported in Team sites, OneDrive personal sites, or any other types of SharePoint content sites. Microsoft recommends exploring Microsoft Edge as the replacement for Internet Explorer 11.

In order to avoid some functional limitations on IE, we suggest you using Microsoft Edge to access SharePoint.

Thanks for your understanding and support.

We utilise IE mode in Edge so that we can utilise network shortcuts to connect users directly to document libraries as we have found users like the feel of direct File Explorer integration. This has worked for us reliably for some time now.

We don't like users keeping documents on their devices and the risks this potentially exposes them to.

Microsoft please be honest with what has changed, from what Tong is saying we don't have a choice but to move away from Edge in IE mode which we are happy to do but need the facility to view in explorer via edge and "Set-SPOTenant -ViewInFileExplorerEnabled:$true" isn't available on all tenants yet.

We would really like a supported solution to connect to document libraries where we do not need to rely upon OneDrive to work again please!!

Have you tried to configure Edge to support Open in File Explorer? https://www.sharepointdiary.com/2022/06/sharepoint-online-configure-view-in-file-explorer-in-edge.html
