For Winforms which is running on .NetCore3.1, after referencing the uwp application then unable to open the WinForms designer.

Already referred to the document and also did all the possibilities to fix it.
I have given a link to download my source in the query.If this is not the correct way to create the XAML island and please give some samples with the Winforms application.
