Problem creating Azure Free Trial account

Team,

I am able to enter all the details of mine and also credit card details into the free trial account creation form but at the end I am unable to get the subscription even though I debited the amount from the card and got the merchant added in the auto debit subscriptions in the card statement.

Could you please look into my issue.

Hello Krishna,

If all the steps to signup has been completed, please try once to access Azure portal (portal.azure.com) using the same account that was used to signup. See if you are able to login to azure portal and let us know.
