Windows Server 2016 , not able to install KB5016058 which constantly fails

The latest security patch

It's about the "Security Update for Windows (KB5015808)" which constantly fails. I cannot install, it keeps rolling back.

In updatelog following is seen:

I already run the Windows update troubleshooter (saying Databse corruption).
I ran the following command and rebooted the server:

net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
Del "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Network\Downloader*.*"
rmdir %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution /S /Q
rmdir %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 /S /Q
regsvr32.exe /s atl.dll
regsvr32.exe /s urlmon.dll
regsvr32.exe /s mshtml.dll
netsh winsock reset
netsh winsock reset proxy
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc

I also ran sfc /scannow but didn't show any error.

On the picture is seen that there is a pending update.

And someone provided you a fix and you reported that It worked. Do you happen to know what exactly the issue was?

For me it was a driver issue which failed. It was because of some permission after setting these correctly it passed.
