Our company uses Outlook for emails. In the last few days, all emails going to Yahoo email accounts have bounced with the following message: "Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons." These are business communications going out to our employees in the field. The issue is widespreads and is affecting how we do business across the country. We have been unable to contact Yahoo directly about the issue. We have submitted a ticket with our MS365 provider (GoDaddy), with no response as of yet.

After doing some research online, it appears that this has been an ongoing issue for Microsoft for more than 3 months. It is just now affecting our company. We need to know how at address this issue immediately. This is of the utmost importance.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.

Have you checked your dns records for spf, dmarc, and dkim records? you can check at mxtoolbox.com. Yahoo and Gmail require those records when sending to their customers.

Let me know how it goes, I'm here to help you further if needed.
