Microsoft Telephony Certification

Hi,

I have been a Telephony engineer for Cisco and Avaya, can anyone suggest please which certification path should be taken for Microsoft Telephony?
MS-Teams it says, this role is not responsible for configuring direct routing, configuring call routing, or integrating telephony.

Can anyone please help!
