I want to reflect the data of the Excel file on Windows 10 or the Excel file on Microsoft 365 to the list of Sharepoint.
Is it possible with Power Automate? Is there a suitable connector?
You can use the Excel Online (Business) connector to interact with Excel files in document libraries supported by Microsoft Graph (OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Sites, and Office 365 Groups).
Excel Online (Business) Connector
I think you can use Power Automate Desktop to work with Excel files on your local machine, but I'm not certain of the details. I don't have any experience with Power Automate Desktop.

I believe the question was if the data of an excel file can be reflected/imported in a Sharepoint list (not an Excel file). I do not seem to see that in de Excel Online Connector.
