Requst for Refund

I am writing my experience of the exam MB-330 I took on 22nd July, 2022. My exam schedule was at 5 AM IST, but my exam started around 6.30 AM IST due to the technical issue in loading the questions site. I got stressed of this issue. I lost my energy as it was the early morning. So I was not confident to proceed with the exam after trying three times by relaunch. I also informed the proctor that I was not confident to take the exam further after too much of trouble. Also, I asked them about rescheduling my exam.

On the fourth try, I was taken to the question site and I took the exam. I couldn't pass the exam because I lost my stamina before taking the exam because of site issues.
