Hi,
I have recently upgraded to version 2203. Everything went well. Clients are active and checking in, getting updates, apps, etc. However, the icons are now all x.

How do I fix this so active clients showing the green icon again?

Thank you!

    Hi,
Thank you so much for guiding me to the right direction. Wish I could mark both Answers.
Yes, it was indeed our Panda firewall. Initially just disabling the firewall did not work. I had to reboot for the settings to take effect and yes, after that everything just checked in properly. Re-installing our Panda antivirus/firewall on the SCCM server fixed the issue. Strange, but the problem came down to, firewall blocking port 10123.

This seems to be communication on fast channel issue.

You might want to check out this article.

    Hi @M Tran

As Kraziken said, I also suggest that you check whether your "Fast Channel Push Notification" works properly.

SCCM Fast channel notification is a “PUSH” method of notifying clients about the new policies. The client and MP communicate through it using "TCP (port 10123) or HTTP (port 80)" every fifteen minutes. If your client doesn't show "online", it may be caused by it not working properly.

We need to look for the source of the problem through the logs of the three components of Fast Channel Notification. The content is as follows:

    1. Notification manager(Located in site servers): BGBmgr.log
    2. Notification server(Located in MP): BGBServer.log
    3. Notification Agent(Located in client): CcmNotificationAgent.log and locationservices.log

    Hope that helps!

Thank you both anonymous user and @Kraziken !

I've been reading the article over and over, but our problem is not the firewall, because I disabled the firewall on the sccm server and restarted the sms agent service on the client, still issue.
The strange thing I have is, my BGBServer log has stopped updating since July 9th, on this date, there were several errors.
    No errors in BGBMGR log.
On the client side CcmNotificationAgent log, on one client, I do get a lot of errors, such as "Failed to connect to server with IP v4 address with error 10061. Try next IP..." and "Failed to signin bgb client with error = 80004005."

So I am just pulling my hair trying to figure out what's causing this. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you
