Please can anyone advise how to get microsoft to issue a Pearson ID

I wish to enter the Microsoft office skills exam. I am in the UK and want to do this remotely through Pearson Vue however I need Microsoft to create an account on my behalf issuing me with a User ID and password for Pearson Vue.
Pearson tell me that they do not know who at Microsoft to contact for this information but Microsoft are the only source for that ID

I look forward to anybody's help
