Yes, from the doc, it is a GPU problem (Bug Check 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE)
Did you try the various solutions from articles like How to Fix “Blue Screen Error 0x00000116” on Windows?

At seemingly random times my computer just decides to crash/reboot. I found that bugcheck in the event viewer. I'm mostly posting this to know if you can tell if it's a software problem or hardware issue. From what I have seen, it's most likely a graphics driver problem. But my graphics driver for the RTX 3090 is fully updated.

Here is the V2 log collector zip file. Also, I'm going to try some of those proposed solutions that Castorix31 posted, but I want to emphasize how inconsistent this crash is. Sometimes it will happen multiple times a day like yesterday. Other (most) times it will only happen randomly like once a week. So if a week goes by after the solutions and the PC doesn't crash, I'll mark it as my answer.
The V2 share link was not seen in the prior post.
When available please post a new V2 share link into the newest post.
Today is 07/31/2022.
The V2 log collector collected mini dump files from 07/29/2022.
There were four mini dump files with bugcheck 116.
The misbehaving driver in all BSOD bugchecks was the Nvidia GPU driver nvlddmkm.sys
There were also many live kernel events related to the Nvidia GPU with bugchecks: 117, 141
And additional live kernel event related to video was 193.
The problem that the computer is having is Video Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR).
When a GPU does not respond within the default time out period Windows will BSOD with bugcheck 116.
This is TDR failure.
The failure can be related to drivers or hardware.
If multiple driver versions fail to correct the TDR then swap test the GPU card.
If the tested GPU card creates computer stability then replace the designated GPU (dGPU).
If swap testing is not possible then it is possible to use the Intel integrated GPU (iGPU).
Please perform the following steps:
1) The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 2301, 7/13/2021
Upgrade the BIOS: 2301 > 2601

3) Download and install: Intel Driver and Support Assistant
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18002/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
Post images or share links of any updated drivers.
4) Uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver nvlddmkm.sys using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)
Reinstall the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website.
Make sure that the clean install box is checked and if available install the physx driver.
And make sure that the drive selected is different from the current driver version: 31.0.15.1659
