Azure bot not sending all messages to bot

I have an Azure bot servive that works on Microsoft teams , i have a webhook but i have notice that messages that are sent to the bot somethime microsoft doesn't send all of the messages to my endpooint url giving a bad experience to the user because they think that the bot is ignoring them / not working , is their a way that i can find out why microsoft isnt sending all the messages to my app?

From the bot framework bot service perspective, you could lookup App insights if telemetry is enabled for the bot and check what messages are received.
From team's webhook perspective, I am not sure how the webhook can be debugged. I am adding a teams tag to this thread to get some help from team's experts. -
