【pls support】Processing problems with Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server

Hi team,

I’m new intern from BSO&SE team in Taiwan.
For operations support, I would like to ask you for helping me for processing the issue I met when downloading Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server. And the issue I met is attached to this letter as the form as screenshot.
