Generic "We Couldn't Create your CDN Endpoint" error when trying to create a new endpoint

I'm creating the Azure CDN Endpoint with the following settings:

and I get the following generic error:

This is on the latest version of Firefox on a 2020 13 inch MacBook Pro. I'm following this guide to try to integrate my static webpage with Azure CDN.
