In the past 2 weeks, our custom adaptive cards are no longer displaying in Outlook desktop client. This was working fine for over a year and we made no changes to the adaptive card. The Outlook desktop version is 2205. I did attempt updating to version 2207 but the adaptive card is still not rendering. The adaptive card does render correctly in Outlook Web and Mobile (iOS and Android). It also renders correctly on my personal PC with version 2207 of Outlook desktop. Are there any settings, app or security that could prevent adaptive cards from being rendered? The issue just seems isolated to the managed PCs on corporate network.

I've got the same issue and have had for sometime on various earlier versions (after build 1911). Today a user reported that as of yesterday, her Outlook adaptive cards stopped working in the Outlook client as well, and she is on 2108.

I would be interested to know what the resolution is. I dont have access to be able to install the debugger.

The email has a line "Expecting an actionable email? Learn more" and a link to this page, but that seems to indicate this known issue fixed in Outlook Desktop builds 1911(16.0.12228) and higher (although not for me)

Any suggestions on further troubleshooting or resolution would be greatly appreciated.

We did open a case with Microsoft and our issue was related to a group policy setting that set the Download Preferences to Download Headers Then Full Items. Once we updated this setting to Download Full Items, adaptive cards rendered in Outlook desktop fine.
