Hi there, having reached out to OnePlus and exhausted all of there efforts, they have asked me to reach out to you guys. I recently (1month) got a OnePlus 10 pro 5g device which operates on the Android 12 platform. The problem i have is that the Teams app is crashing when i attempt to load the mobile version on my device. I can share a screen recording of th sequence of events if you can guide me. I really need a solution for this, my connectivity is important to my job. My screen recording is 5mg tho ..

Are there any error messages when Teams crashing?
Have you tried to change another device to see if it could be reproduced?

Yes it loads in every and any other device I have tried so far
I thought it was an issue specific to my device and reached out to OnePlus. All of their efforts this far have not solved the problem so they asked me to reach out to you guys
At this point a solution seems evasive
Please indicate where I can share a one minute long screen recording of the crash...the size restrictions on this forum prevents me from uploading the video

Have you checked if another device's Android version is the same as yours?

Hi, Have we come up with any resolution on this issue so far, please update. I have similar issue both with Teams as well as Outlook, no resolution yet.
