Unable to access Message trace API

We had been retrieving data for our organization from the office message trace API. We had been using an access token for accessing data. But about a month ago, we faced authorization issue. We are unable to check if the token has expired or where it was generated from. Is there any way to find this out? Is it possible to generate a new token from our end? If yes, what is the process? We were unable to find any documentation which could help us with this. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The message trace API was only available in private preview, you will not get any support on it on a public forum. Talk to your TAM/Microsoft contact person.
