Cannot understand instructions

I keep getting emails at least daily stating Microsoft cannot sync my email. I am 85 and cannot work what they say what I should do.
Can I get advice what to do or how to stop receiving.

    After warranty of a product ends, the customer is left alone with their problem. They must contact a professional to solve their problem. Many times, Microsoft has created aspects of their OS that creates problems for customers.
