Unable to add my work account on MS authenticator app, and unable to sign in anywhere!
I am unable to sign into my microsoft account, since it asks me to verify my identity via the MS Authenticator app.
However, for this to work - I first need to ADD my account on the app (which also requires a sign in)
When I try to add my work account to the Microsoft Authenticator app the app asks me to enter my email address which is fine.
It then comes up with a screen saying "Approve sign-in request" and the text below says "We've sent a notification to your mobile device. Please open Microsoft Authenticator app to respond".
But I am in the app trying to set this account up so I can't re-open it and if I do I just get back to the "Add account" home(?) screen.
I need help here to regain access to my account!
Also - the account in question is a different account from what I have posted this post (since I can't sign in with the correct account)
