Azure DevOps Query Issue: No results for "Changed Date" Clause

Question

Hi Community!

I'm trying to conduct a query which gives me Work Item results based on when they have changed or changed state. However, every time I put in a date clause, it returns no results.

I have changed the parameters to all year and still nothing.

Any ideas on what's going on?
