    Thinks haven t chamged.

Then that makes it fairly simple. You can boot from your windows 10 installation media, delete / recreate partition and continue install of windows 10.

Windows Hyper-V Server is an operating system. If you performed a default installation of that, it most likely overwrote your Windows 10 operating system. During the installation, you would have needed to have installed Hyper-V Server into a separate partition. It looks like you did not make that choice, so your system now has the Hyper-V Server operating system on it instead of the Windows 10 operating system.

You may be able to reinstall windows 10 without deleting / recreating partitions, then once windows is installed you can access the other location via windows explorer.

I want to save the data (pics, etc)

Then do this as first step.

To get back to my Windows10 and rid out of Hyper-V

After you've saved off the data, you can boot from the installation media, delete / recreate partitions and continue installing windows 10
