Failed to create Azure compute gallery

Hello.
I have an error with Lab Plans (formerly Lab Accounts).
I created an Azure Lab Plan, but when I try to create or attach an Azure compute gallery I receive an error related to Principal ID parameter that says Failed to create Azure compute gallery.
But, actually the Azure compute gallery was created successfully.
I have tried it almost 5 times. I also created a new lab plan, but the error remains the same.
I can´t find the Principal ID parameter to set it. What could be the problem?

- Azure Compute resource provider must be registered before Azure Lab Services can create and attach an Azure Compute Gallery resource.
